With profound investigation, the white bay power station will regenerate into a community learn-ing centre through various programs including a restaurant/bar, digital art learning centre, indoor garden and an arcade bar. These typologies will provide spaces of community, gathering, learning, business, hospitality and sustainability. Ensuring that the white bay power station is rehabilitated in its respective context through linear, intimate design. Through deep analysis, researching the conservation management plan and investigating data surrounding the white bay power station, the conclusive brief is to create a learning, green living community centre. Creating a blend between the old and new white bay power station, Rozelle will have an inclusive, accessible space with con-temporary industrial adaptations.
