To encompass the needs and wants of both local and international visitors through the concept of social sustainability. A homeless shelter incentive is tucked away hidden in the outdoor forecourt where visitors can relax and recoup. The original coal handling shed sees an international restaurant where it priorities the process of culture and cuisine, while the interior of the boiler house hosts a large water feature, a rooftop bar, gallery exhibition and more.
