A creative and collaborative space to encourage diversity within the community and the world around stripping our outer differences and focussing on our interests and desires. differences in todays world are holding humas back from creating true connections between human emotion and the ability to adapt to a vaiety of situations. the white bay power station is a space that holds great historical context, not only through its architectural physical aspects but the past sense of community and connection it witheld during its operating time. humans have lost their ability to form conections witthe past only ever concerned with thefast paced life of today and missing the cycle of connections able to be manifested. 'Doctrina' is a civic centre that aims to provide connections within the ideas of learning and use it as a means of bringing different people together, not only from the community but giving it the ability to form interntional bonds . it is a space that in a time of cultural segregation strips away external differences and unites users under the sole purpose of sharing and obtaining new skills.
