RESERVATION
As a remnant of the past, I believe White Bay Power Station should be a symbol of both preservation and renewal and thus the idea of Reservation was formed. Reservation is a public community design centre focused on the renewal and preservation of creative making practices and the natural environment. My design is informed by the three key pillars of the site’s history, local community and social and environmental sustainability, creating accessible temporary and permanent spaces that offer world class design and exhibition facilities to the local, greater and global community.
