PULSE

PULSE’ is a community orientated precinct that uses sport and recreation as a mechanism to instigate social interactions between individuals, groups and the community. With a focus on establishing human connectivity through shared experiences and common interests, ‘PULSE’ challenges the traditional ideologies of sport and recreation to create spaces that promote gathering and social inclusivity for all members of the community. These spaces inspire opportunities to stay physically and mentally active while creating a dialogue between the extant heritage fabric and proposed large scale, sweeping architectural gestures that inject a hub of activity to the entirety of the site.
