‘FUSION3"‘ aims to promote and educate individuals about individuals - to - city and city - to - city exchange. It brings a sense of unity through communities finding their sister city connections and allowing individuals to find a place to call their ‘second hometown’.

The spatial strategy of FUSION3 aims to create a communal and educational space for both locals and visitors. And a multipurpose museum space for visitors to discover their own local community’s sister cities and the cultural aspect of the connection. The aim is to use La Perouse as an example of a site that was influenced by an international culture throughout its history and how it came to connect with its sister cities. The sister city connections provided by FUSION3 allow for the site to unify communities and individuals from different cultures and encourage them to discover connections between one another.
