Therefore, a comprehensive place that conforms to the way of slowing down the pace of life is needed to meet the different needs of people. The WBPS has many years of history, it is the recorder of the history of power generation in Sydney. In this reconstruction plan, its historical traces are of great educational significance and will be preserved. Based on the above two points, WBPS will be built into a collection of people's leisure and relaxation. It not only focuses on people's simple material needs, but also focuses on people's psychological needs. At the same time, the preservation of historical buildings also has a good educational significance, and it also allows people to remember this period of history and allows the original buildings to play a greater role.
