WELLNESS CENTRE as a new way of life
Through the adaptation and revitalisation of theWhite Bay Power Station, it will be possible to implement a community partnership project with the aim of creating a wellness centre that also includes an understanding of nature as part of biodiversity, a place that will enable this preserved architectural heritage acquires a new format that contributes to the transformation of spaces and cultural re-signification. And with demonstration of sustainable practices in order to improve people's lifestyles. All spaces will create an environment that awakens a feeling of connection with nature. The intention is to focus on successive steps in the sense that the sum of the parts rebuilds the whole. The project's strategy is to achieve a balanced success that encourages people to have a social, active and healthy lifestyle.

The journey begins on the ground floor where it is possible to walk through the different planned spaces aimed at conveying the idea of the trajectory that goes from planting a seed, germination, node connection, stem development and leaf growth to flower bloom, hence the name of FLOURISH.
