A dark, unwanted power station sits by a bay in the inner west, having been untouched for years.
A colorful collection of communities surround this power station, all bringing together similarities and differences to reflect themselves.
In order for us to fully activate this space, our neighbouring communities must work together with each-other to bring back some colour & re-awaken the power station.
